Why do they always put the manhole covers right where your tires run and make the road all bumpy?

Would you rather have the tires fall into the hole? They put the drains in the streets because it does not interfere with other lines under the sidewalks.

Because the manhole covers mafia are in an awful conspiracy with the rubber manufacturers.

Actually most of the time it wasnt set up that way until they add/widen a lane then all of a sudden they are right in the line of traffic.
