I have been called by the great magnificent God to be a missionary. I am excited about what God has in store in my life, and I can't wait, to get there. I am still trying to figure out where, and when, and I know in God's time, it WILL happen. I don't want to do the wrong thing, and stand in the way of someone coming to know the Lord. So, if there is ANYONE who would be willing to pray about this, i would really appreciate it.

May God truly bless you!

Please, thin before you put down something. if you can't say something nice, then don't say anything at all!

well i guess u just have to remember that God speaks in many different ways.. so just continue to walk in His ways and be sensitive to the Holy Spirit.. God doesnt always speaks in a loud boomy voice or in a hurricane or with loud crashing thunder and stuff.. He's often the still small voice that prompts you and gives you peace.. so just walk with Him and He will reveal it to you in His own time yea? hope this helps and God bless!

personally im going through the same thing as you as well.. not to be a missionary of course.. but i've been called into fulltime ministry.. so yeap! i guess its sth we gotta do..listen to God and let Him lead and not jump ahead of Him

If you have some time to spend on listening to an inspiring story of one of the great missionaries of all time then I recommend this link to you.

Brief Biography:

Pioneer missionary, James Hudson Taylor, was born in Barnsley, England, the son of a Methodist minister. After studying medicine and theology, he went to China in 1854 as a missionary under the auspices of the China Evangelization Society.

In 1858, after working in a hospital for four years, he married the daughter of another missionary. He returned to England in 1860 and spent five years translating the New Testament into the Ningpo dialect. He returned to China in 1866 with sixteen other missionaries and founded the China Inland Mission.

I will pray for you, That GOD will make HIS will plain for you, So that you will go and do what HE wants you to do,
JESUS said, Go into all the world and preach the Gospel,
certainly one person cannot go everwhere, But as a Christian
If each one of us goes where HE leads us, Then the whole world
WILL hear the Gospel
I thank GOD, That there are still some Christians willing to go
And remember, Where HE leads, HE will provide,
GOD BLESS YOU....

If you are a Christian, you are already a Missionary. Where? Right where you are. When? Now...because there are unsaved people everywhere. Start now...don't wait to go somewhere or be someone. You can lead souls to God wherever you find yourself. You are the fragrance of life!

Yes, I will pray for you. We prayed for missionaries going out from our church today and I will do the same for you that God will reveal His perfect will in His calling on your life.

The most important thing is to not rush it. Paul spent 3 years getting ready for ministry after he became a Christian.

I spent years trying to work for GOD and nothing really worked. I then learned to love HIM and blessings as been flowing in. HE has answered my prayers and has given me a ministry that I would not give up for anything..but I had to wait upon HIM and do the ministry HE wanted...not one that I wanted.

Too often we are spending time with JESUS on our terms...we need to spend time with HIM on HIS terms. Read below
