It all depends on your metabolism. Usually men gain 5 to 7.5 pounds per inch while women gain 2.5 to 5 pounds per inch as they get taller.

You may or may not gain wt-some people don't-if you don't gain wt and get taller will look thinner- D-follow a nutritious diet and exercise- cut out the junk-and fried foods- add fruit, veg- grilled - broiled or boiled lean meat- and drink plenty of water- D

Perhaps it depends on your age. I lost an inch in height, and also lost fifteen pounds. I also lost my car. I traded it in on a bicycle.
