No, there are several ways to get pregnant without having sex. I think all of them have been mentioned. The best way to have a baby is within marriage, no matter how it is achieved. Believe me, parenting is a two person job.

While technically you can get pregnant without having sex, sex is the way most pregnancies happen... There is In Vitro... and other technilogically driven ways of becoming pregnant that do not involve intercourse...
If however you are asking about immaculate conception, I have only ever heard of one case of that and it happened over 2,000 years ago and not again since...
If you want to get pregnant I suggest sex as immaculate conception is so rare...

Traditionally, yes that's how it works.
You can be artificially inseminated, but one of the other answers made a good point that having a "positive" male in the child's life and yours is more rewarding.

You could adopt or go invetro. But, remember that it is important to have a male in their life- both for you and the baby.

Well unless you are the Virgin Mary, I think so. You could be artificially inseminated though, or adopt like was said. There are stupid questions in this world and then there are STUPID questions like this one, I hope that you know what you are doing. Did you masturbate and are scared that you got yourself pregnant? Or maybe your boyfriend did an oral on you and you think that his spit has sperm, relax, you need SPERM to get pregnant you idiot!

Nope-
My niece is living proof that you don't!! My sister and her guy friend had some 'heavy petting' but no penetration and I guess he got over excited and 'finished'...
My sister found out she was pregnant and assumed that it was her ex boyfriend's....fast forward it wasn't! DNA test confirmed beyond a shadow of doubt that it was my sister's friend who was the father.
