they are not supposed to be deported for no apparent reason, if they are then that would be the gov't workers' fault.
now if they were arrested for a minor or majour felony, then found out they were "illegal" then the gov't would have complete right to drop them out in the middle of the desert, in Mexico, even if they are from 2 or more countries south of mexico or not even from central/south america.

Um, there's a reason, all right, it happens to be that there's been people that've made it their trade to foster illegal immigration into the United States. That has resulted in MILLIONS, about 12 million people, actually, being in our country that have no legal right to be inside our borders, and not just hispanics, either.
Illegal aliens come from all over the world, just like their legal immigrant counterparts.

Also, there's a difference between ethnicity, and nationality.
There are millions and millions of american hispanics, meaning they are of american nationality, and hispanic ethnicity. Nationality and ethnicity are 2 separate things.

In the immigration debate, the main focus has become illegal immigration. Primarily at issue in the debate is the country of Mexico, which has profited handsomely over the years by turning a blind eye to their contribution to the illegal immigration problem in the United States. Mexico has made a lot of money at our direct expense, and their country has gone so far as to coach their citizens on the best ways to get into our country illegally.
Mexico's practices are not in keeping with US laws, or probably international laws, either. Approximately 500 people, possibly more, die each year trying to cross the US/Mexico border illegally EACH year.

Illegal immigration is a big problem, big enough to hold the potential to do things like hurt the economy, degrade the standard of living, and cause lots of other problems, too.
It's also not sustainable. It is estimated that between 700,000 and 1 million people cross the border illegally, each year. This is far, far too many, and it is also the reason that the border fence will be built...

You are saying that Hispanics are being deported, could you tell me from which country. Either you don't see the news in the television or read the Newspapers or you are from Mars and just got here to earth. You are not informed correctly, that's a shame.

It's because they broke the law, there is a legal procedure for entering the country and they didn't follow it. Then they expected to work in America without paying the same taxes we all pay,or they obtained false documents to hide their illegal status, both of which are felonies. If I had my way at this point they would prosecute them for those crimes and make them serve prison time before deporting them, maybe a five year prison sentence before deportation would convince them to either not come back or respect our laws from now on.

Illegal aliens are deported. Criminals are deported. If those people happen to be Hispanic, then I guess Hispanic people are being deported.

If they are here illegally, that is the reason. They use education and other funds that are meant for our own people. It is not just Hispanics, people of all ethnic groups who are here illegally are being deported.

You have it all wrong chica........Hispanic people that are here ILLEGALLY will be deported. Same as if American people enter Mexico ILLEGALLY, they will get beat up by corrupt policia, then deported....(As you say, for no reason.)

Illegals are the one's who require permission. They are here ILLEGALLY.....say it with me....they are here ILLEGALLY.

En Estados Unidos como Mexico, este prohibida entradar trabajar, o vivir con no papeles.....Simplimente, ellos no lo permitten....me intiende ud?

The police cannot deport anyone. They aren't allowed to even ask them for proof of residency.
