Demons of your past can only be overcome by confronting them head on, without hesitation, without a single moment of doubt or unconfidence. Just like your fears; the only way to really cure a fear is to face it.

Now go for it.

It's pretty hard to answer when you're so vague about what your demons are.

It doesen't really matter where you begin. There isn't just one door, there are many doors, and they all lead to the same place. Don't expect to solve all of your problems at once, and don't waste time trying to figure out where to start. Just pick any direction and go. Once the first door opens, the others will follow. Once you start moving in the right direction, the path will become clear. You don't have to see the ending before you begin.

Actions will take you farther than words or thoughts. If you've been doing things wrong, start doing things right. If you've been doing nothing, start doing something. Once you've moved in the right direction for awhile, you will have a better perspective on those demons and vices. You don't need to confront them so much as you need to leave them behind. The negative forces in your life have been filling a void in you. The best way to conquer those forces is to fill that void with something positive, then let those demons die a natural death, because there just won't be room for them in your life.

James 2:19 you've faith that God is one; you do properly. Even the demons believe—and shudder! Matthew 12:40 3-40 5 “even as the unclean spirit has lengthy gone out of someone, it passes through waterless places in search of relax, yet unearths none. Then it says, ‘i visit go back to my homestead from which I got here.’ And even as it comes, it unearths the homestead empty, swept, and put so as. Then it is going and brings with it seven different spirits extra evil than itself, and they enter and stay there, and the finest state of that individual is worse than the first. So will also or not that's with this evil technology.” a million Peter 5:8 Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls round like a roaring lion, in search of someone to eat. in my opinion, i do not imagine assembly with a demon or evil spirit is cool in any respect, human beings get possessed and die. There souls are taken to hell, that's what demons favor and if all and sundry invites one, they're going to be extra extremely joyful to fulfill you. do not DO IT! ignore about such issues. fairly, search for the LORD.

I'm sorry you're going through a hard time. I've been there. I was in a dark place a while back and I really thought I was going to lose it. You've got to conquer these things on your own - don't listen to what anyone says - you go on your time - when you're ready, do it.

You might want to check into reading the Bible. I found out that the Bible really has helped me through a lot. (And NO I'm not some Jesus freak.) But I looked up some scriptures from the Bible online that interested me: scriptures about love, hope, loss, friends, trust, faith, etc. You might find something that interests you.

It helps to read books written by others who describe their experiences. There are different terms for inner demons if you mean psychological demons. A lot of folk refer to them as "the shadow within." What encouraged me the most about these types of books was that a pretty universal premise or theme was that if you are willing to face your demons, your darkside, etc. (as in the negative parts that everybody owns such as envy, greed, etc, then you have conquered the most difficult part of the journey. {I'm not referring to the seven deadly sins. I"m not being that literal.} A well-known author Robert Bly writes about "the shadow" that we humans drag behind us that gradually becomes heavier and more burdensome over time.

Magua, there may really be demons involved in this. Rather than meeting them on your own and battling or making friends or whatever, it is really way better to be delivered from them by Jesus, and some people who really know how to do deliverances. Finding people who really know how to do it is not easy either, and I'm not suggesting that you go to just anyone, cuz you can end up worse off rather then better if you put yourself in the wrong hands. I don't know what part of the country you are in, but I'll give you a couple of links to people I know are reputable, one in Florida and one in California.

My heart really goes out to you, and I am praying for you that you find peace, and love and the good Life that God intends for you.

and P.S. I'm not going to get into denominational arguments and 'does God exist' arguments, which are only part of the chaos meant to keep you from the Light. But I am going to say this - 'God is Love, and whoever lives in Love lives in God'. If you do your very best to be positive, constructive, patient, and brave through this struggle, seeking the Truth sincerely, and asking God, Himself, to guide you and protect you,, and then take the next step as best you can,, things will turn out alright. On the other hand, do not give in to the 'pressions', depression, oppression, and do not give up in despair. Choose life, and love.

Its very admirable that you want to do this. It would probably help to list each one you want to fix, and address them one at a time. Why are they a problem in your life? meaning: whats the root of the situation?

if you drink too much look at why that may be, and at the same time cut down gradually.

if you're having trouble go to a counselor for some tips on trying a different approach.

Demons? Please don't blame "demons" on your mistakes, bad habits, or whatever else you are tripping about.
Demons are just a nickname for peoples inability to face the truth about themselves & life.
First, in order to get help or change something you need to acknowlegde, accept it as an issue, and work on it, whatever you consider your demons to be...are you on drugs, do you abuse others? whatever your issues are you must deal with them and not look for a scapegoat like a demon, the devil. You have your our free will, make your move.

they're inside you. you're mistaken to look for a physical door to open and get to them. they are inside your heart and mind.

the fight that you want to engage them in is going to be a battle over your actions. it will take years to know if you are the victor--or if they have won.

its a battle for your heart and soul---its inside you. you may engage them daily---or hourly for a while--or go weeks without a trace of them.

now you know where to look--you can beat them.
