below, i have typed a workout, and was wondering if it was a good one or not...

FITNESS SCHEDULE


•Monday – Cardiovascular Walking/Jogging/Running; 30-40 minutes. Fast Walk and/or Medium Jog.

•Tuesday – Upper-Body Bowflex Resistance Training.

•Wednesday – Cardiovascular Walking/Jogging/Running; 30-40 minutes. Fast Walk and/or Medium Jog.

•Thursday – Lower-Body (Legs, Thighs, etc.) Bowflex Resistance Training.

•Friday – Cardiovascular Walking/Jogging/Running; 30-40 minutes. Fast Walk and/or Medium Jog.

•Saturday (Optional) – Upper-Body, Lower-Body, and/or Cardiovascular Training.

•Sunday – BREAK!!

Wow this is a lot of exercise!

Think you should have 2 days break to give your body a rest so it doesn't crash!

its great if you dont feal sore everyday and you feel fine doing it (i might try it ♥
