I know this question sounds really basic but i am writing an essay for uni and im trying to bring in quotes and i need a new way to bring them into the paragraphs. Im getting tired of saying the same round about things. If that makes sense. Like, instead of saying "one source says...." or something like that. I need something new... Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Most universities provide a book or pamphlet that tells how to do this properly. What I tend to do is this, for example. The Student Guidebook to Resources and Citation (2004) suggests "Copy the material from your source to your paper exactly as it appears in theoriginal." Usually, the author's name is used, but this particular pamphlet did not list the author. A reference section at the end of the document should list all sources explicitly.
For more information, check out Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. This is the basic text for proper style for academic documents.
