I was petrified of throwing up until I got pregnant. Severe morning sickness that lands you in the hospital will do that for you!

I have developed emetophobia. I have the biggest fear, and explaining it to you right now is wrenching. When i try not to think about it, i think more. I take deep breaths, smell pretty things, and suck on pink wintergreen mints all the time. it helps trust me!
