So, I like my neighbor but he is shy. It's weird. He can be really fun and out going and then one day he is all shy around me. I think that it might be because sometimes he is more outgoing when I have my brother with me (my brother likes my crush...as a friend!!). Do you think that he is just more himself when my brother is around.
I know that he is really nice, fun, very active (good soccer player) and very hot. But I don't know what to do! Sometimes I think that it is just because he does not like me....

It could also be because he does like you that he is awkward around you. Talk to him.

If he is shy around you it's probably because he DOES like you! Try to spend time around him with your brother and be really friendly towards him. Once he feels comfortable being friends with you he will probably be much more likely to want to get closer.

Oh he lies you, but he just has a funny way ofshowing it just ask him out, if he acts shy or pushes you away give him some time he'll come through.

he's shy because he's not comfortable around you, if he knows you better, he might start opening up to you.
hang out with him, know him as a friend.

will dont go all frontal on him so spend more time with him... he's probably a virgin or he really likes you but doesnt know how to talk to you give him some clues

maybe he is just shy around girls. Just be more out going around him and maybe it will make him more comfortable.
