Your aunt's husband is your uncle. His brother is technically not related to you (except by the marriage), nor is his daughter. If you want to argue semantics you could call her a cousin, I guess.

None. Your aunts children would be your cousins, but your aunt's husband's brother (your uncles brother) would be no relation to you so neither would his kids be.

Nothing. Your uncle is your uncle by marriage not by blood. His brother's daughter is his niece. Your aunt's husband's brother is her brother-in-law and therefor her brother-in-law's daughter is also her niece (by marriage, not by blood). You are no relation to your aunt's niece by marriage.

She would be your cousin by marriage alone not blood. If she is really nice she could be a good friend and if she is mental she can just be a cousin through marriage.

no relation.

FYI -- a 2nd cousin would be like your 1st cousin's child.
You know: Uncle's child's child.

So, this person is no relation at all.

the child wouldn't be anything to you
possibly a 2nd cousin once removed, but I don't think they use that term anymore.
