Buffalo meat isn't too weird. They even sell the buffalo burgers in the supermarkets, right next to ostrich burgers. Gator parts are always on the menu as appetizers and in sausages in New Orleans (or were before the city was wiped out).

I had duck feet in a Chinatown. It had the taste of Peking duck but a horrible texture.

In a Chinese restaurant, one of our dining partners knew the owner and said he was going to make a special dessert for us. It was called "Duck's Feet". We all thought what a cool name and assumed this meant something different like "Ants Climbing Tree". The dish appeared as a dark sauce with sticks sticking straight up. You would grab this stick and pull it from the sauce. Sure enough they were duck's feet. The owner explained that you eat the webbing between the toes. He also served cordial glasses of Green Chartreuse. The cordial definitely made this more palatable.

I had both roasted goat and roasted camel in Saudi Arabia. My husband and I were invited to a wedding while we lived in Saudi and they served both roasted goat and camel for the wedding dinner. The roasted meat came to the table on massive (I've never seen a bigger platter) lovely silver platters. It was beautifully presented. The meat itself was very greasy and slightly gamey. I do not think I would eat it again but, you don't know if your going to like it or not until you try it!
