Looks like a baby shar pei with all those wrinkles. And a cute one at that. Maybe an English Bull Dog. Can't see the tail or I would be able to say more.

My daughter just bought one of these little cuties!!
It's an English Bull Dog.
The skin is very wrinkled so that the puppy can grow into it and fill it out, and trust me this will happen.
They also have a curled tail that it tucked away like a little coil at their hinde end...
Very loving, good natured dogs...

It's NOT a shar pei or an American bulldog!
It is a bulldog. There is no such thing as an "english bulldog". They are just bulldogs.

Yep, thats an English Bulldog pup. They are the sweetest, most lovable dogs and so laid back, they do have breathing problems, and they tend to snore, but its so cute....

It is a British bull dog British are much smaller and American bull dogs are taller.
