Since the inmate doesnt have any brothers and sisters.
The visitors father has to be his step-brother.
So the visitor will be his step-nephew??

Definitely his son..he is his father's son...only son since he has no brothers and sisters. Since the Man's father is his father's son...the man's father is him. If the man's father is him, then the man has to be his son....no doubt about it.
