What makes Marilyn Manson so hated by religious people ( mostly christians)?

Actually from reading Marilyn Mansons books and biography, he is a Christian himself. What he does on stage and infront of the cameras are nothing more than an act. Just as when Ozzy was performing, he did what he did because it is what the kids wanted to see him do, he was an act also. Most the bands and musicians ect are entertainers and nothing more! As for why Christians dont like Marilyn Manson, it is probly all fake too, Id say 50% of his fans are Christians. See uhoh, people dont like to be honest with themselves nor with others, so they hide behind their shadows. Im a Christian and Im also a Witch and I love Marilyn Manson!

Because that's what he wants. The funny thing is that Christians that get all up in a lather are too stupid to realize that he's manipulating them. And when they protest his concerts or burn his merchandise, they are dupes, unwittingly succeeding in selling more of his concert tickets and merchandise. He played them perfectly there for a few years, and it was damned amusing.

because he doesn't fit the mold of perfect person. remember religious people want you to drink, smoke, curse act out your fetishes behind closed doors.
