WTF?! im fell bad now, what shud i do?

Question

I went with this girl to homecoming and basically she is a loser and im not. i did it cuz i felt bad and didnt want to b shallow. All her friends really like me and stuff. All my friends really hate her allways diss her and i end up defending her. Today, her friends told me that she talsk **** behind my back and they have no idea why she hates me. Thye keep telling her that im the best she is ever going to get. By the way, she is fat and really stupid, academically, and street smartness wise. Im an honor student and captain of the school swim team. Ok, so then i have no idea why she hates me so much. All i ever did was being really nice to her. When she was cold i offered her my jacked and was really sweet, helped her with things, and now i get this. Im really confused. All her friends think that she is really retarded for doing this. WHat went wrong? Its not like i like her or anything, its just that i dont like ppl talkg **** about me

All i have ever done was be really nice to her. The reason i exploded above is becuz im just so pissed. I thought if i got to know her she would be interesting and cool. But she turned out to b a *****. BTW i have a reputation in my school for being extrmemely nice and this is really pushing it

maybe it got back to her that you only went with her because you felt bad for her, ya know that hurts a persons feelings. if you dont like her dont lead her on. that can ruin her self-esteem for a long time. think about it how would you like to be in her shoes and havin her embarrass you.

It's good to know that some popular people aren't as shallow as I thought. I wish there were more guys at my school like u. But have u ever wondered... did she really say all this stuff? U did say that her friends really like u, well they may be jealous, and are trying to get u away from her. We're twisted, and mean like that sometimes. I wouldn't listen to her friends all the time. Try to catch her in the act first before jumping to conclusions.

Sometimes to be cool they will talk you down to make themselves feel better my guess is that she knows you are nice to her and is hoping you wont blow too bad if you find out. I think her self esteem is shot and she feels like you are kind of mocking her when you are being nice to her. Kill Her With Kindness and ask her to stop if she doesn't then find some one who appreciates you for being you!!!(as a friend)

just be yourself. you can't stop her from talking s**t about you but can continue to be a good person with a good heart. there can be endless reasons why she is acting the way she is . Ask her if you have something to hurt her. people get angry when they are hurt. find the pain and do the best you can to take it away

Don't waste your time trying to figure this girl out! It sounds like it is her lose anyway. Whether or not people hate you doesn't validate who you are. This may sound cruel but don't be so nice...you can't please everyone so you might as well please yourself....in more ways than one.
