Tomato juice is often recommended, but you might find that you'll need to use it a few times. Your local vet and higher end pet stores carry products such as Remington Arms or Skunk Off which tend to do the job right the first time.

The acid in tomato juice can counteract skunk smell. Give the dog a regular bath, then saturate its coat with tomato juice and leave it on there for several minutes, then wash the dog again.

tomato juice. The tomatoes acidity will eat the stench away and you will be able to rinse it down the drain. Depending on how bad the dog was sprayed, you may have to do it a couple times.
