I would just watch it and make sure no changes take place like it getting bigger, getting red or anything like that. Then I would put a warmed wash cloth compress on it 2-3 times a day. If it's a bite or a pimple it should start to absorb into the body and go away. If it gets bigger, changes or seems to bother her I'd opt for the vet. Could be a stye like we get too, so, just warm compresses will make it do it's thing. good luck to your baby.

We suggest that you take the dog to his vet; any odd growth (especially near the eyes) should be checked out. From you description it sounds like it could be a bite or it might be an ingrown eyelash. But get it checked out by a professional.

a red bump on a dogs eye can be many things...something could have bit her or well i hate to say this but your dog could have something called cherry eye... cherry eye is when the eye tissue get swollen that normally happens when something is in it but in order for this problem to be solved the dog will have to have surgery. another thing that could have happened was she could have has a allergic reaction to something...try warm tea bags on the eyes that should help if not you should take her to the vet.

It could be a sty or a cherry eye. I'd give it another week and see if it goes away on it's own. If not, take him to the vet. They will most likely remove it. My mother just last week had to take her Shitzu to have something similar removed. No biggy!!

My dog had the same thing. Turned out to be a cyst that was lasered off. She was fine, no harm done. It did not cost too much either so on to the vet you should go!
