Stereotypically, women don't like hard drinks that don't taste sweet or fruity. Not that I approve of this, but that's how most people look at it. My opinion is drink what you like, who cares what other people think. As long as you are responsible about it, that is. Personally, many people are shocked that I like cement mixers (Irish Cream and lime juice), but I actually like the taste. As an added bonus, I find it amusing watching other peoples' reactions when I drink something they don't expect. Feel free to do the same!

The other day I found out my sister likes straight rum or any drink mixed with rum. I was shocked. That's some hard liquor! She's so cute. I couldn't picture it! But everyone should be allowed to have their drink of choice. Whiskey is cool if that's what you like!

Well, one time I was with my 2 brothers and my parents, and my brother started passing out beers to everyone except me. I think they all went into shock when I said "Where's mine?" It was so funny!! I'm not much of a drinker, and I guess none of them had ever really seen me drink before. And of course, the next time we were all together, they made sure to ask if I wanted a beer, and I turned it down, just to be contrary!! Always keep 'em guessing!! lol

Probably because whisky "puts hair on your chest" and women generally drink alcohol in fruity blends or mild alcohols. When I was young and underaged I thought it was cool to drink dark alcohol. As I grew older and did more drinking I found that dark alcohol made me feel "funny." Light/clear alcohol is better than dark alcohols, but none is the best. All of it promotes wrinkles and kills your liver. If you want to drink whiskey do what you want. Obviously, you must prefer the taste. It is better straight up than say vodka. Cognac is a classy, tasty dark. More power to you!

well cause most chicks drink cheerleader beer like that smirnoff crap ect. some drink real beer, but it's cool to drink with a chick who likes the hard stuff.oh and use sprite as a mixer too!

I love whiskey and guys love that I love it. I think it has a Hard core image and guys are amazed women can take it.

I dont know in mn it gets cold at my cosins wedding it was custom for women to pass the homemade redeye......the wedding party and close relatives...beer is a football thing
