I do think that you're probably young to date, and for the kissing as well (and you can say f*** you if you like) I'm only seventeen and think that's the case.... even when I was thirteen despite constantly liking boys I knew I was too young. You really don't need that level of involvement and commitment, relationships are a difficult thing to enter.
