Even the bible implies that Mary was sexual. Jesus had siblings which of course means that Joseph and Mary were together a few times. Supposedly, the Father came to her while she was unaware. Now just because she may have been a virgin before this time, where was it said that at the time of Jesus birth that she still was a virgin? How did they know?

She wouldn't be the Virgin Mary if she die, would she? God thought it was important that she be a virgin, so that's good enough for me.
dudekunle, in the same place where it talks about the "brothers" of Jesus, it also says that Jesus is THE son of Mary, not A son of Mary.
I have a sister, but we have different mothers.
Why do most people assume that she had sex or that she sinned when it doesn't say that she did anywhere in the bible? A lot of people see what they want to see instead of going by what it actually says in the bible.

The Bible never says that Mary was anyone but an ordinary human female whom God chose to use in a extraordinary way. Yes, Mary was a righteous woman and favored by God (Luke 1:27-28). Mary was also a sinful human being just like everyone else – who needed Jesus Christ as her Savior just like everyone else (Romans 3:23; 6:23-24). Mary did not have an “immaculate conception” – there is no Biblical reason to believe Mary’s birth was anything but a normal human birth. Mary was a virgin when she gave birth to Jesus (Luke 1:34-38), but she did not remain a virgin her entire life. In fact, Joseph and Mary had several children together after Jesus was born. Jesus had four half-brothers: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas (Matthew 13:55). Jesus also had half-sisters but they are not named or numbered (Matthew 13:55-56).

Mary did have sex. After she gave birth to Jesus she had other children with her husband, Joseph. And Yes, I still appreciate her. However, I do not worship her.

Mary did have sex, the rest of her children were fathered by Joseph not God.
Matthew 13
53When Jesus had finished these parables, he moved on from there. 54Coming to his hometown, he began teaching the people in their synagogue, and they were amazed. "Where did this man get this wisdom and these miraculous powers?" they asked. 55"Isn't this the carpenter's son? Isn't his mother's name Mary, and aren't his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas? 56Aren't all his sisters with us? Where then did this man get all these things?" 57And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, "Only in his hometown and in his own house is a prophet without honor."
Regarding the post below mine whether Mary was a virgin at the time of the birth of Jesus:
Matthew 1
24When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. 25But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.

Mary did have sex after Jesus was born. It states in the Bible that he has brothers. She was married, it's a stretch to think that she stayed married to one man and never had sex. That's crazy. The important thing is that she never had sex before Jesus was conceived.

Technically she did after Christ's birth. Jesus had many brothers - but no direct decendants. He didn't marry. (This is backed up by the Gospels in the Bible.)
Read the aftermath of Christ's journey in the wilderness after His baptism. I know it is NOT in the Book of Matthew.
He returns to Mary for a brief time - and his brothers are briefly mentioned.

sorry, I don't believe in the whole story anyways as far as my personal spirituality is concerned but -why not? it is her mother that did the whole virgin birth thing, as far as I can remember mary did have sex, according to the stories jesus had many brothers and sisters. I was reared southern baptist and have attended many different religious gatherings, it is interesting to hear of the differences and similarities in different belief systems.
