You can be a mermaid. Just learn to breath under water, and eat raw seafood:):)/ yeah that seashell bra is sexy, but could get sore after a while on even a mermaid.

Of course you can if it is for the Halloween costume... But in reality, you cannot coz you are a human being who cannot survives living underwater... Unless if you use an oxygen tank... But what kinda mermaid who uses oxygen tank??? LOL...

Maybe in a few years surgery technology will have advanced to the point that you could be given a tail and gills, but you better be prepared to pay for it (if not your soul, than several million $)
