I colored my hair blonde (from dirty blonde) about 2 years ago. My ends are frayed, but not dead. Before and after coloring my hair, it's always been straight. Ever since the begining of last year, I've had hair that frizzes and waves if I leave it alone after taking a shower. I straighten my hair but I have since before coloring my hair blonde.

is there any way i can get my naturally straight hair back ?

I had this same problem and I have started using Paul Mitchell "Smoothing Shampoo & Conditioner." I also use Biosilk hair serum after showering. You might be able to find all these items on sale at any hair salon, like buy 1 get 1 free deal. I have also used Biolage "Smoothing Shampoo & Conditioner."

All these products did wonders for keeping my hair in great condition and keeps it from fraying. You should also consider doing a monthly conditioning treatment. Go to Sally's Beauty Supply and get conditioner (comes in seperate foil like packages)
and put it in your hair and put a showering cap over it for about 30 minutes.

Good Luck,
Steph

yes you have to let it grow out and cut the excess off that is blonde to get back to your dirty blonde and the straight thing is basically if you have been using a flat iron to straighten it your hair naturally will never meet your expectations of straightness after a flt iron simply because a flat iron does things that naturally never occurs in peoples hair take it from me I'm a hair dresser and you should always get a trim every 6-8 weeks just to remove normal damage such as sun, blow drying, brushing, and flat irons you dont have to stop straightening your hair but definitely use better products, shampoos and conditioners, and heat protectant when styling you can always color it back to the natural color if you dont want to wait but have it done at a reputable salon and somewhere who uses well known colors like red-kin matrix etc. good luck hope I helped
