1 day = 24 hours
1 hour = 60 mins
1 min = 60 secs
365 x 24 = 8760 hours
8760 x 60 = 525600 mins
525600 x 60 = 31536000 secs
So, there are 31536000 secs in a year. That's a lot! ;-)
