theres this guy that i really like. he stares at me a LOT ever since he found out im "over" him. like, i mean a ton. i know he either likes me or has a staring problem. he talks to me every once in a while and i need to talk to him but i have noo clue what to say to him. PLEASE help me! and don't just say hi, im not stupid lol.

Why do you NEED to talk to this guy? I think he's toying with you because he knows you like him. Honestly, you don't really know how he feels about you. The whole staring thing is just silly. If he had any real interest, he would stop acting stupid and just TALK to you.
Ignore him until he can actually come up with something other than a stare. If he's only talking to you once in a while, he's just being a tease. Forget him.
