I would not pick it, I might squeeze my nose or rub it...If a booger was falling out of my nose I would cover it and excuse myself to quickly get a tissue. (Wow, what a question....)

No! I would excuse myself for a few seconds and get it out of there! Maybe dad should carry tissues in his pocket from now on! Unless, the meeting was with friends, and you could pick it for a joke!!!!
