Thrwoing anthing at a vehicle while the vehicle is in motion is a serious crime. In most states this is a felony offense. You can be charged with wreckless endangerment to human life. Even though most of the time this is done as a joke--it could be the cause of life of life of the people in the vehicle or to others! Find another game to play that does not involve the well-being of others.

DUDE!
You can go to jail...or worse if someone gets hurt. Think about it...as a driver...do you know what's coming at you? Do you have the split second ability to decipher whether it's a freaking balloon full of water or a damn rock?
Driver swerves off the road to avoid, they get hurt...you're in deep sh!t.
Now I ask YOU, is it worth it to throw something at a car...like a water balloon??

If a person is in a car, and the person is moving, it can be an assault,
you can also be charged with criminal damage to a vechile.
And I could under GA laws come up with 4 or 5 other charges depending on the damage and or reason for it.

In some state it would be a felony in some it would be a misdemeanor of course it depends on what happens to the people driving the car as a result. Why would you (or did you) want to do something that stupid?

What State? In Michigan it is illegal to throw anything at a moving vehicle. Snow balls, water balloons, bricks, eggs..ANYTHING. Of course, if the car is parked unoccupied that is a different thing..if any damage occurs it is MDOP Auto.

i think a charge of endangering life , it would be extremely dangerous and also the guy would get out his car and wouldn't be a happy chappy for the fright you just gave him.
