Get your mechanic to check your propeller shaft or your CV joints. Most probably the CV joint bearings or the propeller shaft couplings have worn out. If your ride is manual transmission, a screeching sound when you engage clutch means your clutch linings have worn out. Time to change a new clutch disk. Loud noise during cruising cruising can also means that your tyres have worn out. Worn out tyres also produce vibrations on your steering wheel when you cruise at high speed.
