I believe Lou Hernadez. VLC is a great participant (and that's loose). domicile windows media participant is an extremely horrendous piece of bloated utility. IMO, it does not meet any of your standards (low memory footprint, seems first rate, common UI). VLC isn't the only media participant, yet there are extra than a number of of great media gamers obtainable that are extra beneficial than the only domicile windows comes with. Edit: I confess that i finished utilising domicile windows media participant around version 10. it might've gotten extra beneficial; nonetheless, in case you savour and prefer wmp, it rather is honestly all that concerns. It does have some useful factors that VLC lacks (surprisingly, VLC does not look to have the flexibility to honestly loop video clips/audio, this is kinda lame).
