Yes I think so. Only eat deli sandwitches and salads. Very simply that is what will keep you from eating all of the other greasy foods that dorm cafe's serve up. Also drink plenty of water and other juices.(OJ/Milk is fine)(Not Grape/Cran juices because they are not natural juices at the dorm cafe they are post mixes) Also, eat as many veggies as you can. Avoid any stir fried veggies. About not having to go to the gym, well if you do not do anything other than walking well I suppose walking will help you but you have to get your body active to get the fat out but the main culprit to getting the fat to dissolve is to stay away from all of the greasy stuff.

Its not that hard to be healthy if you follow these tips: Buy fresh fruit, cut it up and put it in a container in the fridge. that way its prepared for when you are in a hurry. Do the same with veggies, (cauliflour, cucomber, peppers), veggies like baby carrots are great when you need something to munch while ur doing hw and what not. As for meat, Tuna is healthy, full of protein and its easy, Try having plain white tuna with French's honey mustard! It tastes great and its easy! Eggs are quick and easy too, as well as canned corn, and 5 minute rice. If you dont like using the gym, another option is to purchase a yoga mat and a couple pilattes dvds, its a great, controlled work out and will keep ur body toned.

you could exercise in your dorm by doing calstenics and pilates and yoga.

You can eat the pizza and the fries as a treat occaisionally, but you'll have to watch your fat, sugar and simple carb(white rice, potatoes and pasta) intake to keep pounds off

Order your pizza thin crust, double sauce, half the cheese. Avoid anything fried.

If you don't want to exercises though, I think the freshman 15 will come back to haunt you.

if you want you can treat yourself to a reasonable amount of fries or pizza about once a week. and take advantage of the gym! cardiovascular exercise is especially helpful.

buy your own food and if you MUST, take a pizza and only eat the veggetables off of it. when people are haging out or watching tv, you go for a walk or jog and dont eat anything but fruit after 6 or 7pm. try going to be early and eat a healthy breakfast and drink lots of water and sugar free stuff
