Good question, to loose lots of weight eats lots of red, orange and yellow foods such as; beets, cabbage, cherries, eggplant, meat, onion, peppers, radishes, strawberries, tomatoes, watermelon, yams, apricots, butter, carrots, cant elope, corn, grapefruit, lemon, mangoes, melons, oranges, peaches, squash, tangerines, turnips, yolk of egg, all orange skinned fruits & vege, pumpkins.
You may eat as much as you can. hopoefully most are organic (free from harmful chemicals and pesticides etc.)
Stay clear of all processed and manufactured foods they all contain highly questionable ingredients that aren't necessarily good for you. Some even contain carinogenics, cancer causing ingredients.
Good luck to you.

Alright try this. For breakfast a couple eggs and toast are good but if you don't have time then toast or an english muffin with peanut butter or yogurt and fruit is good.

BRING YOUR LUNCH! It is better to not buy at school unless your school really does have healthy choices. If you can bring make a lunchmeat sandwich and some carrot and celery stick and milk and if you must buy try to only eat food that is not fried or high in fat. Stay away from starches like cookies, chips, etc.

Have a snack when you get home. Eat fruit, yogurt or have a glass of milk.

Eat small protions at dinner. Chicken that is not fried is good, brown rice, any veggies, easy on the butter, salad, easy on dressing. Ask your parent if you can help with cooking or meal planning. Maybe try something on the weekend. Ask to try tofu in a stirfry, you and your family may like it.

Have a dessert of a small peice of fruit, sugar free jello or pudding, or yogurt. If you are hungry in the evening have choose one of these or drink some milk, sugar free hot cocoa or tea.

Eating healthy will get easier after you begin and then you will want to continue eating this way because you will feel so good. Remember to exercise also. A 30 min. walk, bike ride, etc is all you need. Do not lose too much, just concentrate on being healthy and extra weight will come off. I hope this helps you. good luck!

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss.
