Not necessarily. It could be you just have over active hormones.

I don't mean to be offensive, but if you were recently pregnant, and termed the pregnancy that could be the reason, or you've had a child within the last 24 months, that cold be the reason. Your body cannot produce colostrum unless the hormone HCG is in your bloodstream, so it's not over active hormones.

Lactation CAN be stimulated in people (male or female) who have never given birth. One of the things used to do this is nipple stimulation (of the baby-suckling variety).
There are also various hormonal situations which can cause lactation in the absence of pregnancy or birth.
The Dollar Store (any of them) carry home pregnancy tests. I've found this is often cheaper than going to a clinic (which may want $10, depending on how well funded they are and what your insurance is like). It's the quickest way to tell if you're pregnant.
If you're not, I suggest scheduling a visit with your doc (or going to the clinic if you don't have a doc). It may be nothing serious, but better safe than sorry.

either way, talk to your doctor about it... any kind of leakage from your nipples (not associated with pregnancy) can be a sign of breast cancer or other hormonal problems.
it's most likely nothing to worry about, but you should talk to your doctor to be safe.
and by the way, you're probably not pregnant. in a first pregnancy, you usually don't start producing colostrum until you're 5 months pregnant or more.... i think you'd have noticed some other pregnancy symptoms by now.
good luck to you! :)

Personally I do not understand why people come on here asking if they are pregnant, no one really can know if you are besides you and your doctor. Go to the walmart, and get a pregnancy test, if you cant afford one there go to the dollar store, they have them there.

I had that happen to me and I wasn't pregnant at the time and my hormone levels were tested and they were normal so it was a mystery. It eventually stopped and I am fine. Good Luck.
