You have great metabolism! If you want to gain weight start weight training. You will build muscle mass through weight training. Loose the junk food, focus on lean meat, and fresh vegetables. Creatine/protein shakes prior to a work out help build muscle mass. Remember that it takes time to gain weight when lifting, so don't get frustrated if you don't see results right away. Keep with it, and you will not only gain weight, but have a ripped body. Regards!

Eating is the primary and main aspect that's wanted for right weight reap. It's useful - you must consume extra energy than you burn. This does now not imply consuming something and the whole thing that's now not nailed down. Carefully plan your foods with meals a good way to aid you reap lean mass, now not fats. I advise 6 foods. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 3 different small foods scheduled in the course of the day. The target is to consume each two.five to three hours. Focus on meals comparable to chook, fruit, milk, greens, cheese and diverse varieties of nuts. It's endorsed to consume four - 6 portions of unpolluted fruit an afternoon, and no less than 4 tall glasses of milk. Milk is a fine, low cost protein supply - take abilities of it. A pattern snack meal could be a tumbler of milk, an apple, and a hand filled with peanuts. Take time to put out a meal plan. What you consume is the main element in a effective weight reap application

The best way to put on weight is to eat more blue foods, off preferably blue crockery.
Its not through eating junk foods like cakes and biscuits etc... they only contain more sugar, which in turn give you more energy to burn, you may be like myself who will never be able to put on much weight, but stop complaining, I would rather be a healthy thinner person than a heavy overweight, being stared at constantly, and have many health problems that go along with it.
If you ate better quality foods ie. organic as much as possible. STOP at this rate you won't live long enough to put on weight, you will have a heart attack and die.
Be careful what you put in your mouth today it may just decide to pile up on you when you get in your 30's or 40's.

If you want to gain weight, you should gain the good weight, not the fat weight. Try building up some mucle mass. five pounds of muscle is about two times smaller and weighs more than five pounds of fat.

Drink protein shakes. They add muscle to you which is weight gain but it's actually muscle weight and not fatty weight. If you want fatty weight i'd suggest McDonalds 24/7.
