It's a pun on the word "relative". In the first part, it means that success is determined by what you're comparing it to. The second part means that if you are successful, you'll have a lot of people claiming that they're your family members (so that maybe you'll give them money).

relative is referred as for very small time ===it means if u gain success its for short time, the more success the more relatives that means u have to be consistent with success otherwise it wont last long.....keep winning..............relative(Relative motion Physics)
