Your best answer is to read the New Testament and get the answers straight from the Word of God rather than from what people say or think. Paul did not meet Jesus physically but did have an experience with him on the road to Damascus. If you need a Bible you can call a local church or the local Gideons and ask for a Bible. Any bookstore will have one, as well. Matthew, Mark, Luke and John will cover all the teachings of Jesus. Acts covers the events of Paul (whose original name was Saul).
The Bible is the answer.

Peter was a disciple of Jesus and spent 3 years with Him. Paul met Jesus on the Damascus Road.He used to murder Christians and hated them until then.
Reading the Gospels-Matthew Mark Luke and John would be the best idea to get the teachings of Jesus, He taught too much to write it here.

Peter most certainly met Jesus. He was appointed by Jesus to be the first of the apostles and the "rock" on whom he would build his church.
Paul met Jesus after the resurrection. Then he went to Jerusalem to meet the other apostles and stayed with them.
What both have to say that is included in the New Testament is inspired by God.

The whole of the New Testament, in light of the Old Testament covers it pretty good. There is nothing in Scripture or Tradition that I am aware of where they actually met before the Crucifixion.
However, Paul's words and Peter's are captured in Holy Scripture and are inerrant. Perhaps your understanding of what Paul says is the difficultly. May I suggest that you ask about your struggles with what they specifically that leads you to call it "crap"?

The essence of what Jesus is teaching - ALL of it, not just what seems "acceptable" and easy and maybe "logical" - is TO LOVE.
We must follow his teachings ("in His footsteps") and apply them in our lives.
What does Jesus teach again and again and again? We must WANT to act out of compassion: 1. to love God with all our being and above all things, and 2. to love (be kind to) ALL our fellow human beings, even those who don't agree with us or those we don't agree with.
Jesus says those two are the "first and foremost commandments" and are the basis of THE LAW. Any other laws or interpretations of laws that don't align with those two basic laws are invalid.
Just imagine! If all humans would willingly (not because they have been told) act out of compassion toward the "others" there truly would be peace on Earth! Unfortunately we are not perfect and to bear "our cross" often seems too hard (or illogical, or "unscientific). - No, I'm not perfect either!
That's why we have to learn to be honest to ourselves and admit that WE have failed, again and again and again, and resolve to (at least try to) do better next time!
Because WE are not perfect we also have to forgive others for offences they may have committed against us.
We can then ask for forgiveness and get "peace of mind" - until the next time.
As someone put it: " Love (I don't mean SEX!) is the answer - whatever the question".

Jesus teaches us to love one another as He loved us. He says that no-one comes to the father except through Him.
Paul met Jesus on the road to Demascus. In that moment, Jesus revealed Himself to Paul in a way that Paul (a very learned man of the Jewish faith) was overwhelmed with the truth of Jesus.

Yes Paul did meet Jesus one beautiful and bright sunny day. His eyes were blinded and had to be led around for a while while comprehending whether or not what he saw was an illusion.
As far as what Jesus taught... go to the source and find out. The Bible.

Paul never met Jesus, and took it upon hmself to spread christianity to the pagans. This is despite Jesus saying that he was sent only to the lost sheep of israel. It is under the Roman Empire that christianity was influenced by roman and greek methology and this created the trinity

jesus taught us that we are all gullible in believing any word people tell us i mean don't we all have our own opinions? where in the bible did it say we have to all join congregations, and go to one place and pray etc when we can do that at home, or not, the bible has been rewritten so many times no one knows what the original said or even if it was what god meant, anyone could have had a dream and put it into text cos he wanted the world to work his way, i do believe in od, but not this baloney that if we sin we go to hell, god was apparantly proud of us for who we are right? we fought for free speech, why is our opinions frowned upon when it comes to religion? we're not allowed to celebrate christmas cos it upsets the jews, but i'm sorry, no offence but chridstmas is evey families right to celebrate or not to celebrate, we have to say seasons greetings instead of merry xmas well crap, they wouldn't put their celebrations on hold for us. and i have no probs with any jews, it just an example, i'm sick of these whole religion issues, and being stopped in the street and asked to pray, why don'e i stop them and ask them to wear a real fur coat? or have sex with me? every person has a right to their own religion, same as every person has the right to eat what they want. i just had to leave a restaurant where my family were eating cos they didn't do a vegetarian dish, so i sat in a cafe on my own, cos my family were half way through eating when i realised my dish was meat and they hadn't heard me properly and refused to cook a veg dish, how stupid? but it's kool,
