The Kind Of dye where they put the plastic bag over your head and leave you under the dryer for a little while. i need to dye over red highlights again to black/brown.

Any kind of chemical can be somewhat damaging, but if you use a chemical, make sure it has some type of conditioner in it. Cellophanes are usually pretty good for the hair and they come in different colors.

No. Rinses are not harsh compared to permanent hair dyes that change the porosity of your hair. If you ever color your hair rinses are ALWAYS better because it doesn't take as much of a chemical change to get to the next hair color level. If you're still in doubt though, consult a professional. :-)

no, in fact henna is the most organic and oldest way of death hair. Its all organic and it smells good too. It wont be too harsh and could in simple terms provide adequate color to make the hair brilliant.
