Sneezes usually get a God Bless You or other blessing. We generally don't say anything for a hiccup or cough, but it might be nice to offer a drink to that person or ask if they need help. The hiccuper cannot control their hiccups and might want to say a general Excuse My Hiccups. As always, it's best not to stare at someone who is having hiccups or coughs.

I usually just smile and say "Are you OK?" or "Can I get you some water?"

"Sorry about your luck" ...
seriously, there is no proper etiquette required with either of them ... not like when one sneezes ... why? Don't know.

Nothing really...if they sneeze I say "God Bless You", and if they do anything else (Burp, Fart, Scratch) I say, "EEEEEWWWWWWW, excuse yourself!"
