ok i have been trying to lose weight forever now, and im 13 so my body is changing i know. i weigh 160 but 2 days ago i weighed 164?? thats really weird! i did it at the same time too. after lunch but before dinner. its been really hard for me too loose weight , but i do cheerleading 5 times a week so dont lecture me on getting out of the house. ok! is loosing 6 pounds while doing nothing out of the orderary normalfor an overweight teenager?

4lbs in two days is not normal.....was the scale placed right? Maybe it was moved and the scale was incorrect - those this do that. But the normal weight loss is 2lbs a week.

mmm not sure but as long as its not a tapeworm,!
