trust me there is nothing to be scared of about hoping on top just ask for his help make sure you can trust this person. just go with the flow, u just hope on top n he wil guide n move you up n down

Do you feel like you can't control the sex? Are you worried about how you will do on top? Just a suggestion, but why not work your way on top after being on the bottom? That way, whenever you feel comfortable, you can change position and if you don't feel comfortable, you don't feel like you have to be put on the spot. There is nothing to be afraid of and I promise you, it'll be just fine, just make sure and do it on your terms, no one else's!

tell your partner that you want to try it. there is nothing to be afraid of.
you can either roll onto the top from underneath or experiment with inserting him while you are upright.
just take your own time. most of us get the hang of it very quickly. it is more than worth any temporary embarrassment. you will be glad you did.

Think about WHY you are afraid, is it that you are embarrassed while having sex? Maybe this person isn't right for you. If that's not it than just try it, you will probably end up liking it!

the top is great for girls. you get to control the speed and the pressure and everything. if you're comfortable with yourself and know what feels good, then you'll love being on top. anyway, if you get scared or uncomfortable you can always just switch again.
