Have you checked out HSA's? It might be appropriate for someone in your situation. If you dont have any health issues, a HSA with a 5k deductible would pay off as soon as you have 5k in your account. Also, pay attention to the lifetime maximums on these accounts. There are tax issues involved with these too- but I think that HSA's are great if you dont have any immediate health issues! this depends on where you live and the coverage you are wanting. Cant say there is really a best health care policy but rather it all depends on what your needs are and each company has their strengths. Hope this helps.
