The Best Exercises To Lose Weight

Any exercise will help you lose weight. Just get up and move. Some of the best exercise workouts are by Denise Austin. She can be a little annoying but her workouts are good. Just do some cardio and combine that with yoga and /or pilates. Make sure you are burning more calories than you consume. But don't starve yourself because that is unhealthy and will set you up for trouble in the long run.

Ignore that first answer. It is BS. 9 pounds in a week is unrealistic and unhealthy. You should lose 1-2 pounds a week. This is realistic, healthy and means you are more likely to keep it off.

Exercise alone won't help. You need a working program.

As a Pharmacist, these are my suggestions:

1. Stop every other weight lose program you are in.

2. Make up your mind to lose 9 pounds every week.

3. Make up your mind to follow simple guidelines

4. Go to this website: rockibase.isagenix.com

5. You will get a product called Isacleanse.

6. You will see the natural way to lose 9 pounds every week without losing your life

7. You have the company's guarantees for full refunds if it does not work for you.

8. I have recommended this to people like you before and it worked powerfully for them

9. Try the above and you will be happy.

Blessings

Walking is a good exercise to help lose weight. Walk every day 30 min to start if you are not used to it; work up to an hour per day. It is also important to build muscle - muscle burns more calories than fat, so get into some sort of weight training program.
There is no magic; burn more calories than you eat. Do not go to a starvation diet; that backfires as your metabolism will slow down.
Weight Watchers has a good program.

You need cardio to burn fat and strength training to tone muscles. I suggest going to the library or searching on-line for exercises, but more importantly I suggest you join a gym and hire a personal trainer to set up a routine and show you proper techniques so as not to hurt yourself.

Weightloss occurs when you have a healthy, balanced diet and excersize. some tips: Drink green tea, high fibre, high protein, low carbs. A good work out is pilattes, I suggest puchasing a yoga mat and a couple pilattes dvds, like one for abbs and butt and one for something else so you can target different areas of your body, and rotate between them every couple days or so.
