hot compresses until bedtime, then toothpaste (not gel). That should shrink it some. Ask your mom for some aspirin (not tylenol..needs to be real aspirin) to reduce the pain and swelling.
Then have your mom take you to the dermatologist because the right treatment program can prevent most of those, as well as the scarring that can happen from them.
There's also a new gadget called a Zenu, which Walgreen's sells, that you can use on zits to make them go away BEFORE they get that huge. You use them at first site of a pimple. I bought one and it is pretty good but you can't use it once they get that huge or have a whitehead. It's expensive; $150, but it gets rid of most pimples in one day and some in a few hours.

Whatever you do, DON'T TRY TO POP IT! I know it's hard, but it will only make it worse. Hold ice on it. This will reduce the redness and swelling. Before bed, apply a product with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.

Pop it and take the puss out and you will feel alot better, it may be a little red, but it wont hurt anymore and it should be gone by a day. Maybe after you go to bed tomorrow nite.

I get really big zits on my chin too.
I usually just wait until it goes away (but it takes forever!)
If it doesn't go away by tomorrow, wear something that will pull attention away from your chin.

Were you considering putting a tattoo over it?
If not then why is your question in "tattoos"
Toothpaste works. Cake it on, let it dry and by morning it should not be so red.
