I run/walk everyday but only for 30 minutes. i need to know how long and at what pace i should go at and all that thanks

Running is excellent and all...but there are other ways to loose the tummy flab.
Like, right now I'm running, power walking, sit-ups(Eww), push-ups and jump rope.
Make sure you drink tons of water!! And watch what you eat...I would highly recomend a food journal so you remember what you ate and what you should stay away from.

If you can workout in the morning. You want the fast metabolism running all day long. Make sure that you're running on an incline. Certainly the more mileage you put in the more calories you're going to burn. But rome wasn't built in one day, so just keep building up the mileage and the results will come.

Hi laziedazi...You and me both! IMO, diet and excercise combined are the only safe/smart way to lose weight. Since I don't know any of your stat's IE; height, weight, age etc. I would suggest eating sensibly and continue your treadmill routine. Don't try "exsessive" measures, it's not a safe thing to do. Good Luck and be patient, you didn't gain the weight overnight so IMO a consistant excercise routine and portion control of the foods you eat will attain the goals you are trying to achieve! you would be able to desire to objective to eat in good shape and eat particularly. Overeating healthy food continues to be in easy words overeating. basically drink water!!! Do fairly some cardio..bypass working, connect cardio-kickboxing. Stuff like that. you could quite lose 20 pounds by skill of utilising then.
