E. Coli is a coliform that lives in the intestines. If something is contaminated with E. Coli, then it is not a far stretch to say it was contaminated with fecal matter. Sanitation has saved more lives than all the antibiotics put together. There are many diseases that can be passed along through fecal matter. There is a lot of potential for it to be a lot worse if we do not find the source of contamination.

E. Coli comes from basically, poop. It can come from nicked animal intestines, or the workers in the fields who don't have proper toilet facilities and hand washing.

Also, people have been dying from this. That's why.

Illegals are angry about America's efforts to secure the border. In retaliation, they contaminate the fields they manage with bad water or human waste. It's their version of revenge.
