I really want highlights but I don't know what color would look best. My hair is golden blonde in the summer and then gets a little darker in winter. Please help!!

Definitely lighter shade of your blonde. (kind of a sunny blonde) Blonde on blonde looks great - I love the look.

That depends on you. You could go lighter, blonde and lift out the color, which sort of burns out the hair or you could go with red which would not lift out color but would add warmth and be less harsh on the hair. It's really up to what you want.

Hmm... How about some light browns and blondes? If you want to be wild, try red and black. Different things work. Experiment on you or a willing friend.

get low lights that makes blonde hair not look so drab! Copper would be nice too!!
