i know you are supposed to walk around 30 minutes a day or evey other day, but i have a question....is it better to walk slow, like 2 mph, or walk faster, 5 mph for 30 minutes? Which one would be better, if i was walking for 30 minutes?

Walk the 5 mph for 30 minutes. Which is extremely fast, by the way. 5 mph is almost a medium run.

Walking faster for 30 minutes burns more fat because it burns more total calories. However, you should continue to increase your walking time to 40 minutes a day.

Regular exercise gurntees fat burning.

Aggressive exercise does not help much as it exerts your heart and stres you out.

You need regular exercise, like daily work ou for about 30min/day.

You may also need to follow a working program designed to help you lose fats.

As a Pharmacist, these are my suggestions:

1. Stop every other weight lose program you are in.

2. Make up your mind to lose 9 pounds every week.

3. Make up your mind to follow simple guidelines

4. Go to this website: rockibase.isagenix.com

5. You will get a product called Isacleanse.

6. You will see the natural way to lose 9 pounds every week without losing your life

7. You have the company's guarantees for full refunds if it does not work for you.

8. I have recommended this to people like you before and it worked powerfully for them

9. Try the above and you will be happy.

Blessings

Well in my opinion the best way to lose fat is to take a teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil at breakfast and at dinner and do other things like not eat fast food and other things. Do not eat anything by brand name CO's. Do your research. People think Kevin is a quack bc he has prison time on his record but he is not a quack because he is a consumer advocate and investigative journalist. Reports research done by others who are not the majority of doctors who believe whatever the drug Co's want them and you to think. Walking and excersicse(sp) is great but if you are at risk for high blood pressure there is research done by british doctors who say it is better to walk 4 times a day for 10 mins a time and keeps the blood pressure lower for 3 to 4 hours more than a 40minute walk. Logic behind it is that you are playing with the blood pressure more than just keeping it down for 40 minutes. Let me look for that british study for you I will post my source.

walk faster. and bump it up to 40 minutes, because the first 20 is the warm up and the last 20 is the cardio. bring weights to balance it all out. While you're walking tighten your abs to increase their strentgh.
