If you would care to miss out on the calories and carbohydrates you could take b12 supplements. The higher the potency the better. You'd have to put away a lot of food to get a good daily supply of what you need.

Check library and Internet for food and drinks.
Almonds. Comes to mind.
Best thing to do is eat what you are eating so that you will not up set the routine.
But use vitamin supplements.
Go to local Pharmacy and ask them.
Hope you have right diagnoses. You are not just guessing.

If you eat milk (low fat or whole, not skim), cheese, or eggs, those are good sources.
