Polar bears are up at the Northern pole of the planet and Penguins are the the South Pole therefore the answer to your quiestion is no and even if they were to ever make contact im sure the bear would eat the penguin

In terms of natural habitat, the most northern penguin is the Galapagos, on the equator. Polar bears are from the Arctic region. So, no. The only place you'd see polar bears and penguins close is in the zoo.

I saw a cartoon once with a polar bear wearing a straw hat, the polar bear broke up with a penguin and when the penguin cried it was ice cubes.

Penguins are only found in the Antarctic (south pole region) and polar bears in the Arctic (north pole region)..... In nature they would never meet due to the geographic distance between them......
