20000-names.com suggests Quinn for a female Irish name meaning Chief;hound/wolf.
It suggests Faolan or Faelan as a male name meaning Little Wolf.

In Swedish, YLVA is an old word for a female wolf.
(The letter Y is pronounced like a vowel, close to I or U, like in the french word Rue (street))

Seeing as how 'Lupine' refers to Wolf,, why not a name like 'Lupinia' ? or something that sounds a little more feminine.

in italian:
wolf = lupo (in plural its lupi)
little wolf=lupino
beautiful = bello/bella
you can make some type of combination:
bellupa/bellupo
bellupina/bellupino
just as a fact, its common here in italy for many people to have LUPI as a common last name.
