I am apermanent resident in the US, my brother passed away and two years later his wife leaving three kids. How would I go about paper works to get them over?

You need to hire an immigration lawyer who can speed things up. This sure looks like an emergency situation. Obviously, those kids need someone to care for them. You appear to be the logical choice from what you have said.

Talk to Mexico they provide free legal help to anyone leaving Mexico.

Why don't you go over there. I'm sure the children would be much happier in their own county.

www.uscis.gov call an immigration office you may be on hold for a while but it will get you to answer you questions.
